We hope every Calypso piece feels just right when it arrives. If something isn’t quite what you expected, our team is here to guide you through the return process. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about return eligibility, timing, and refunds for both domestic and international orders. Please review the details carefully before submitting your return request.

Domestic Returns (U.S.)
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@calypsostbarth.com to request a pre-paid return label.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items returned outside the 7-day window, or received worn, damaged, stained, or without tags, will be returned to the customer.

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Calypso St. Barth gift card, which does not expire.

Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 30 business days for processing. After inspection and approval, you’ll receive an email confirming that your refund, exchange, or store credit has been issued.

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the original shipping address.

Please note that we do not offer price adjustments once a sale or promotion has begun. Prices may change at any time, and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, a refund confirmation will be issued within 7 business days, and funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please note that our Customer Care team operates during standard business hours, and cancellation requests may not be reviewed immediately.
